You might be noticing things about your child that don't quite make sense—or don't seem like "just a phase." Maybe worries feel hard to turn off, emotions run big, or everyday routines take more energy than they used to.
If you're feeling unsure how to help, you're not alone. Many children and youth show their struggles through behavior, their bodies, or play before they have the words for it. In therapy, they're supported in developmentally appropriate ways, using evidence-based approaches thoughtfully chosen to fit their needs—such as play therapy or ERP.
This therapy space is for them to explore their feelings, express themselves, and discover ways to feel calmer, braver, and more like themselves.
