Anxiety Therapy and
medications, the only forms of treatment for anxiety and panic attacks? |
Living with anxiety is
quite like living with a chronic illness. It's as if there is no way
out and the only person you know to turn to is your doctor. Millions of
people seek anxiety therapy each day but
seldom find the right thing to
work for them. Going to the doctor can sometimes help out, but never
will it completely eliminate the symptoms. Out of all the
treatments for anxiety, going to the doctor is one of the most
ineffective. Most doctors only prescribe medication, which usually
makes everything worse due to nasty side effects.

What
happens when you take medicine? You end up sicker than before and with
side effects such as diarrhea, nausea, headache, worsening anxiety,
tremor, insomnia, manic episodes, and depression. Not only are you a
nervous wreck, but now you have all of those other undesirable symptoms
to deal with. If you weren't spending enough money on
insurance, medication, and various other forms of anxiety therapy, now
you must spend even more to treat the new symptoms caused by the side
effects. Everyone |

knows that
antidepressants and benzodiazapine's are not good for them. All you
have to do is turn on your television and hear about the millions of
people who have died or come down with some type of serious illness
from using them.
The
worst part is, many of the newer medications haven't been out that
long, so there is no telling what type of symptoms they are going to
produce years down the road. People are literally going to their
doctors to become sicker than they already are, and they don't even
know it. The real cure for anxiety lies within the sufferer themselves.
You don't have to continue spending thousands of dollars per year to
hide your symptoms. The cure for anxiety is so simple that a lot of
people are surprised when they find out what it is.
There are no drugs or anxiety therapy required. Everything that you
need can be found inside of your mind, however, you must be really
willing to attack your anxiety if you expect
to get rid of it. There
are no easy ways out of getting rid of your fears. For example, when
you're afraid of something, such as heights, the only way to get over
the fear is to stare it dead in the face. There is no other way around
it. There is no magical pill you can take to make your fear go away
because it's still going to
be there, no matter how you may feel. While doctors and
therapists continue to transform people into zombies, you
could be living in the real world without fear and experiencing life to
the fullest. The best part is that you don't have to spend hundreds of
dollars every few weeks to maintain your new found happiness.
You can read all the books you want on anxiety therapy, and you willfind that they all basically say the same thing. Each of them provide
the same tips and also give a guide on how to live your life. While
some of those tips may help you to become more at ease, they won't heal
your anxiety. You have to really get serious about it if you want it to
go away. Regardless of what has caused your anxiety, it doesn't matter.
The greatest thing is
knowing that it can be cured no matter who you are, and once it's
cured, you'll never have to deal with it again. To learn more about a cure for panic/anxiety attacks that does not include prescription medications click here.

Some
people do need a break from their daily stress and if their GP has
proscribed them sedatives to use as a crutch in the short term, then I
wholeheartedly agree that temporary relief in extreme anxiety can be
far better than no relief at all. However, some day you will need to
withdraw the sedatives, hopefully with the help, guidance and advice of
your doctor, but by then, you will need to have implemented a technique
that allows you to function without sedatives and to eliminate your
anxiety completely.
I
believe the Linden Method achieves just this.
